Hard to say. Looks provincial with Greek legend. Bust looks young. Maybe Geta?

Mutilated-Roman-Coin?

Menander, Indo Greek King, silver drachm (160-145 BC)

Mine has a different legend arrangement on the obverse but yours has the same letters starting at 7 o'clock reading clockwize. The reverse is in Karoshti and has a mintmark symbol in the field. Also your reverse figure of Athena faces the other way from mine but both have the 'heroic' portrait.
