Do you have a book on Canadian coins, the one by Charlton Press is one of the best, the latest one will be out in September.

All the questions you have surrounding varieties, are within. Most libraries will also have a copy you can borrow, if you don't want to buy one.

1922-1925 all have low mintages so they are harder to find than the other George V pennies. 1953 to 1955 all have a shoulder fold/no shoulder fold variety. you can tell the difference by looking for a fold on top of the queen's shoulder. (1955 NSF being the rarest) Have you been buying boxes and searching them or do you have another strategy. I'm also trying to collect all of the small pennies (except the 1936 dot ). Good luck on finding the rest.
The mintages of 1922 to 1925 are a follows:
1922 - 1,243,635
1923 - 1,019,022
1924 - 1,593,195
1925 - 1,000,622

If you are looking for circulated examples for the early dates and Unc's for the modern dates, you will have no problem if you log onto e-bay.ca! They are all available anytime and can be acquired inexpensively.

In addition to Charlton http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins-prices.php lists many of the major varieties with prices. On each coins page there may also be pictures of the various major and minor varieties to help you identify them. It's not complete for all coins and all years but useful where it is.

1947 Blunt 7, no ML; 1947 Blunt 7, ML; 1947 Pointed 7, ML. You're looking at the outside corner of the angle of the 7 to determine if it is blunt vs pointed.

1953 NSF; 1953 SF. You're looking for the presence of the two lines representing a shoulder strap on the Queen's shoulder (A queen with a bare shoulder! The horror! :-) ). Sometimes the shoulder is worn so you can also use the size of the Serifs on the I in DEI. See the pictures at the first link I gave you.

1954 NSF; 1954 SF. Same as above. The NSF is quite rare. I paid almost $1k for a low grade PL.

1955 NSF; 1955 SF. Same as above. Again the NSF is rare but cheaper than the 1954. There are also Large and Small Denticle versions of the SF.

1965 Small Beads, Pointed 5; 1965 Small Beads Blunt 5; 1965 Large Beads, Pointed 5; and 1965 Large Beads, Blunt 5. You're looking at the top right corner of the 5 to determine whether it is pointed or blunt. Again, see the coin page under the first link I gave you for pictures.

2006 Magnetic (blank under the Queen), 2006 non-Magnetic (blank under the Queen); 2006 Magnetic, RCM Logo under the Queen; 2006 Non-Magnetic, RCM Logo under the Queen; 2006P (P is under the Queen) Magnetic; 2006P Non-Magnetic. The 2006P Non-Magnetic only has an identified population of 84 the last time I heard and mine cost me almost $2k.

2010 Magnetic I believe was only issued in sets.

I might still have a few of the ones you're missing. PM me if you're interested and I'll check when I get home.
