1972-D Or 1972 Type 1 Ike Silver Dollar

maverick New Member United States 29 Posts	Posted 08/13/2012 02:12 am Im new to collecting, but I have a 1972 ike silver dollar, the islands next to florida are to the right like in the type 1 but it has a "D" Mint Marking on the side with Ike's head, and from the pictures of I've seen of the type 1 they dont have that D mint marking. Business strike(non-proof) 40% silver clad Ikes were minted but they only had S-mintmarks. Report this Post to the Staff
