In-hand, I do not believe this one has seen circulation, which would make it my first Mint State example of the issue. It's presented here for your opinion. These images were shot under adverse lighting in the very brightly-lit bourse, so I must apologize for imperfections. The coin cartwheels nicely. Report this Post to the Staff
