Yep..I know what it is, I can't find info on mintage. Numista only shows an 1918 version and gives that one a 97 out of 100 on their rarity scale.

Don't know about the mintage, as I do not really collect those local war issues. That auction mentions a catalog number (Funck 146.4); another notgeld catalog is the Menzel. The issuer was the city of Fulda, by the way.
