I think the TPG's, with their market grading, will ding this because of the dark toning around the edge at 9 a clock. I just sent a bunch of old ANACS and no line fattie NGC slabs to PCGS for crossover. I had two coins downgrade from 64 to 63 for similar issues. Report this Post to the Staff
