I have had these coins for awhile I cannot tell if there mules or just osmething else can anyone help

These are not mules. If they were mules, they would be made of one metal, one planchet. In this case two coins, a cent and a dime, were cut in half and stuck together, post strike. The seconed one may have been lathed. Both not worth anything, unless you can get someone to take it as a dime, maybe just a curiosity.

This is a type of Magician's coin that allows whoever properly works the gimmick to make a dime disappear or turn into a penny by pushing and/or manipulating the pieces in one's hand. When they're properly fitted, it usually takes a separator or "bang ring" to pull the pieces apart again.
