No expert on doubling, but to me, it looks like Machine Doubling

However, there are a lot of Three-cent nickels from the mid 1860s that do have awesome die-clashes. I have one that has two distinct die-clashes on the obverse and the entire head & partial date on the reverse. One of my favorite coins

This is a normal coin with a normal strike.

Looks like Longacre Doubling, which is common for the era.
