Can anyone ID the variety for me? Does the corrosion on the reverse make an attribution impossible? Thanks.

S-93 an R-3 variety. It is a reverse of 95 with both wreath branches ending in a single leaf. S-93 is the only rev of 95 that has an outer berry below the ST in STATES.
