I think this should be a new category. My bank saves the "redirect" or "chaff" - stuff rejected by their coin machine for me.
Here's what the latest batch held:

UK Pounds 1.01 (two coins)
Canada .32
USA Steel cents .03, average circulated condition
1 metal dog license, Multnomah County
coin in Arabic - country and year unknown
US .53 bent coins
1 "love" token (brass, with hearts on both sides)

US .80 of "tapped" coins. (ten coins) It is possible to make a ring by tapping repeatedly the outside of a coin. Eventually, the coin rim starts rolling over. I've read about it, but never done it. Anyway, these coins are reduced in size by 10 to 20 percent

Great Idea. I will have to ask my bank what they do with theirs.
