Silver went above $30 for the first time since late April today. Has anyone been noticing the times that the price spiked in the last two weeks or so? I noticed today it was around 2:00 for .80 and yesterday there was about a dollar all at once too with the rest of the day being more or less steady. Has this been the case each day? What are any-one's thoughts about whether silver is going to start the long trip up or is it going to be short lived and start the trip back to the high and even mid 20s and lower?

at 40 I'm gonna be a seller :)especially if it keeps going up as fast as it is at the moment. It seems to be a sharp spike up

I have a feeling that it will go up towards the whole Dec 21 2012 thing, then when every one wakes up on Dec 22 and the Earth is still here and every one is fine it dips back down. Just my thought

Sorry reverse what I said... it dips right before the Dec thing and goes up after.

No I agree with your first statement. A pretty big increase up until December than depending on what is going on with the election either a pretty fast fall or it will stay flat

Au contraire, the Mayans were spot on with their calendar. It measures the time intervals between Solar crossings of the galactic equator.
It's modern prophecies that are all skewed up.

No doubt, SCRN. I expect that we will continue to see a lot of PM price bouncing. There is so much going on in the world today that trying to set a price for most things is a very temporary effort... somewhat like predicting the flight path of a full but untied balloon when it is released. The last price from 8/24 was $30.82. This is above the $30.75 bull market indicator price that I mentioned in another thread. The tendency for silver prices at this point will be to continue to rise until resistance is met. Any ideas on where that will be? I'm thinking around $34 but that is just a WAG. |
