Some general Info:
Fourth Issue July 14,1869 to February 16, 1875. Some Fourth Issue bills were printed on paper with blue tinting, also used on certain National Bank and Legal Tender notea of the era. Most printing was done by the American Bank Note Company and National Bank Note Company in New York. 25 cent size 97x47mm.
