Look like gas bubbles, a common occurance on post-copper cents.

Your lucky. Most of those Cents from those dates in the 80's are in worse shape. Note the vanishing "States of" for example. Many have a lump through the lettering on the obvese. To bad yours doesn't have the double ear.
