There's a third zero in the coin, linked to the others like the Olympic rings. What would cause this, and any idea as to a value?

I like how the zeros match each other but not the two and the five. Post mint damage, is my guess.

The 2 and 5 of the date are "filled as is "E TRUST". I would think the extra "0" could have been a filled "0" in the date that fell out. It's hard to tell from the photo though.
