This is another one from my Dad's collection. The picture is a little dark. There doesn't seem to be much detail in the hair on the obverse but it doesn't look worn down either. No marks to speak of on the obverse, the reverse has a couple to the right of the USA map. I don't have any experience with commemoratives so any opinions would be helpful.
