2012S PCGS PR69DCAM proof Lincoln Shield 1 cent First Strike, I was looking on ebay and amazone and online, but cannot find one.

I haven't seen one with the first strike designation. Are you sure there were some labeled with such?

Looking through completed listings I see tha they did in fact label with the designation. You will just have to look around or wait for another to pop up on ebay.

yes, I did see those coins with label first strike, but they all sold out.
