Ok, this is my first foray into coin photography. I used an iPhone with a 10x loupe. Grade away! And no, you won't hurt my feelings, so be honest as I'm still new at this and trying to learn.

I'll go with ms63. There's some major hits on the obverse. Your photo isn't bad either. The color is great!

I'll go with MS63-
Until a clearer photo is present I'll keep it just below 63.
Otherwise, it's not too bad using a smartphone camera.

Too bad because he's a handsome one. The scattered hits and that spot do affect his grade, though. MS63RD on this otherwise gem.

63, for me as well. What I don't get, is how come my pics don't come out this clear?

I'm constantly amazed at what an iPhone camera can do.

I'm even more amazed that people can take pictures through a magnifier! I tried it for fun and failed.

Believe it or not, it's not really that difficult. I took my loupe, and used it like a macro lens right over the lens of my iphone. I adjusted my hand height, yes, I did it by holding my hands still, and took the shots. The method works well in a pinch, but I'm looking to get a real picture taking setup rolling.
On my spreadsheet, I graded it a MS-60. I still have a lot to learn!
