Hard to tell from the photo. The 'halo' around the eagle looks disturbed, and the obverse looks 'flat'. I'd say AU-ish with slightly cleaned.

Just a suggestion, you might want to re-shoot this coin. Right now, the areas between the 8 - 12 O'clock positions look like significant wear. The reverse highest point, the eagles back, does not exhibit any wear. It looks like a typical B Reverse used from 22 to 28 except for the blurriness of the photo.

Everyone will interpret the blurriness as wear and say its EF to AU.

Looks like it has great luster though.

Just my humble opinion though!

The photos are not the best especially to grade coins in AU or above. I think you most likely have a AU coin. Cleaning is a possibility.

I think Carmykle is right. I think it is just the angle and focus. Right now I am leaning towards MS62

The obverse could be MS but seems to lack luster. The reverse shows signs of handling.

Out of an abundance of caution, I will give this one an AU-55 grade. May have been dipped but I don't think that will seriously detract from this piece.

I don't know how to grade these, but Liberty's hair detail and the detail around the eagle's head looks a trifle dull.

Remember, these are large dollar sized coins, and so the striking pressure may be a little low. In the areas I have just mentioned, have a look for the presence of mint luster with a loupe. If it IS present, there would be less wear, and thus would deserve a higher grade.

Unfortunately, even light cleaning in the high points will affect the mint luster.
