I received this yesterday. The packaging was great, you could have probably drove a truck over it. But after looking closely I noticed the side. So whatcha think was this dropped or what.
I'm waiting to hear back for the seller..
Sorry for the poor quality of the pics, but man is it hard doing a slab side..
Thanks in Advance!

Did you get the coin directly from PCGS?

I did not...
If this ends up being a "it is what it is" situation can
I send it to PCGS to be re-slabbed?

You can resend it if you want. The damage doesn't appear to be anything substantial that would endanger the coin though I would probably just keep it as is. The puck slabs are pretty expensive not sure what they charge for a reslabb but know they have an extra 20 dollar fee

I don't know about keeping it. If you ever went to sell the coin, a buyer might notice the damage and walk away.

I think you better exchange this coin or return it.

That's what I'm hoping to do.
If that route does not pan out I'll send it in and get it re-slabbed.
The puck looks too nice to be in that slab...
