Update To My Pennies In Dime Roll Scam Post

santafeboy Pillar of the Community United States 593 Posts	Posted 08/29/2012 10:31 pm Well this doesn't surprise me but if you read my post of a few weeks ago where I picked up the cwr dimes that contained a dime on each end and the rest of the roll stuffed with pennies. The teller at the branch of Bank of the West where this occurred told me today that they will no longer accept coins from customers for cash exchange, instead all coins must be unwrapped and deposited into bank provided deposit bags and sent out for verification and account deposit. Thus thanks to these scammers another dump bank has been lost Report this Post to the Staff

I see it as an easier way to dump your old coin. no need to reroll anymore. the only thing that is negative is now you have to wait for them to count it and deposit it. Report this Post to the Staff
