And this time around it is spiral bound, not perfect bound, which makes the new catalog easier to use.
Color photos and detailed info make this a must for NCLT collectors.

Sorry but I am not familiar with this... does it contain the data for all the coins released in last one year? Or more than just last year?
Is it like a magazine (with advertisements) or like a real reference?

It has all the modern NCLT released by the mint 1971-2012 (plus the 1967 $20 gold).

You can consider it a reference for what was released, sales numbers, and issue price. The price guide, like all Charlton, is suspect.

Charlton prices reflect average retail price and are fairly accurate, IMO.
Of course, you can pay less (or more) depending on where you buy, condition, etc.
