Hi, I found this in a huge collection of coins I found at a flea market and just want to make sure I am identifying it correctly. Also would like an Idea on grade and value from all of you here:

This is the Shoulder Fold variety. As for grade, maybe VF-20?

Value-50cents
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
