Need an expert opinion on this one.I've talked with the seller (very nice person) and expressed a concern that it is indeed a vise job because the devices below the date are backwards/reverse and look to be incuse. I'm 95% it's PMD but I haven't seen to many flip over strikes before to say with 100% certainty it's just damage,So with that said any and all opinions welcome.Thanks

The face on the reverse is near the rim.On the obverse the memorial would cross the face if it was fully struck.A true flip over double struck would have secondary images that line up.
Conclusion:Fake-vise job.
