Just in case you want to look at that huge pile of Two Cent coins you all have for varieties. I thought I would post some diagnostics over the next few days as time permits.

The fist one today a common variety

Tooling marks on the 1 and inside the 8

Is that a weak strike on STATES or is it wear?
Looks like some doubling on U in UNITED as well.

The strike is slightly off center and weak. The doubling on the United is actually from re-tooling
