Hello everyone,
I come from Poland and I have a big problem. Can any of You could help me.
From several years working on a publication for non-commercial work of the silesian (schlesien) Duchy of Liegnitz-Brieg coins -- calling "Three Brothers" -- Georg III, Ludwig IV and Christian (1651-1662). I research the coins of these princes -- only:
1 kreuzer, 3 kreuzer, half (1/2) ducat and 1 ducat from 1651-1662. Coins where the princes are only together (not separately).
I know that there is a professional numismatic search engine: Coinarchives Pro. But for me it is too expensive to pay 600 USD for finding a few coins I'm looking for.
If anyone of You could help me and if some of You have an access to this numismatic search engine could email me the images (or links to these images) of coins that are there?
Thank You very much in advance for Your help.
Marcin, Poland

If you are an academic or researcher they may offer you a discount for your institution. Send them an e mail and find out if that could apply to you. But otherwise, you're on your own, I suspect. Part of the terms of service for CoinArchives is that you don't do searches on behalf of non-subscribers.

You'll have to try to find workable alternatives; you can try searching the archived databases for each of the auction houses that contribute to CoinArchives - just click each of the advertising link-boxes on the right hand side of the standard CoinArchives Search page. You'd need to know which auction any coin you found came from and have to contact the original auction house anyway, since CoinArchives doesn't own copyright and can't grant you permission to use images in your book.

Or, you can try using an alternative auction database that's still free to access (though not as comprehensive), such as mcsearch.info.
