Just to clarify about the source of confusion: there are two versions of this coin, just as there are two versions of most Belgian coins of the 20th century. One has "Belgie" on the left of the shield and "Belgique" on the right; the other has the words the other way around.
KM 128, with "Belgie" on the left, was issued in 1946 and is common for that date. KM 127, with "Belgique" on the left, was not issued in 1945 or 1946.
