According to Helvetica's, I think you are close, but it should be RIC VII 15. How did you come up with RIC VII 13? I haven't looked at my copy of RIC, but, in the morning, if we still have confusion, I'll take a deeper look into this.

You're right, it should be RIC VII 15, somehow I've made a typo and put 13
