I would like to confirm grade on this coin.I was thinking gEF but I may be wrong.

I claim no expertize in grading, but I note that all the design-elements seem to be plainly visible, with only slight evidence of wear; a few very minor dings - EF or gEF.
This token is very popular, I suppose because of the sensational nature of the subject-matter.
And that, in spite of the childish artwork: my guess is that the sculptor had never seen elephant, and chose to depict a pig, with tusks superimposed.
