I like the elegance of Canadian 5c but the varieties puzzle me.

KM list 1886 small and large 6;
Coins and Canada list
Obverse # 5 - Large Knodded 6
Obverse # 5 - Large Pointed 6
Obverse # 5 - Small 6
Obverse # 5 - Small Repunched 6
Obverse # 4 - Small 6
Obverse # 4 - Large Pointed 6
Obverse # 4 - Large Knodded 6

Not only have I no idea what Knodded might mean, I have no idea how to identify what I have - can you please ?
