A fine wheat I found coin roll searching! Can anyone help me with a grade and determine if the 5 and 4 in the date are a possible DDO? Also, could the S possibly be an RPM?

I don't think that there is anything with the date but I think that the mintmark would be an S/S RPM. Very small though.
