You can set aside your Friday night plans, our September auction is ending tomorrow night. It includes the collection of a local Canberrean collector with nearly complete runs of copper coins and later date silvers in high grades. After a reasonably successful test of the auction room (thanks to all that helped), we believe we're ready for the live auction: http://www.numisbid.com.au/Auction/There were some slight glitches, Internet Explorer users found it didn't refresh automatically but I've fixed this (hopefully), nevertheless I recommend placing proxy bids before hand just in case. The listings are available here: http://www.numisbid.com.au/Browse/and it starts at 7pm AEST (GMT+10). Good luck everyone!

Thanks for the reminder.
Have you changed the settings of the browse section, I think you used to be able to choose which pre â€" decimal coin you were looking for eg THREEPENCE category. Now it just has on the left side , proof ect. I found that they start of page 7, but slows me down in searching.

The root category was just moved up one, before it was Australian coins, now it's all coins (to make room for our intended expansion into world coins).
You can get to the Australian coins category by clicking Australia on the left (under Categories).

Yeah its got 279 to sort through tho.
Anyway love the enlarge picture when you put you mouse over it.
Do you sell any coins or just classy Uncirculated coins, cos I have a lot of spare threepence coins. I also have a SAD, overdate 34. what are the selling fees.

At the moment we charge 10% with a minimum of $8 per lot which makes it uneconomical for cheaper coins but we plan to add a self-list feature in which collectors can manage their listings/photography/shipping/etc themselves (similar to ebay) which will have a lower commission rate and no minimum charge.

This thread is looking like it should be moved to the trading section.
