Rotated Reverse On Peace Dollars

I recently discovered I have at least 2 Peace dollars that have the Reverse rotated off the normal 180deg alignment. One is appx. 8deg and the other appx. 13deg off, both being counterclockwise from the Obverse. Is this common or rare in these years? One is a 1922 and the other 1924. Should I have these graded as Errors? I only know a little about coin collecting. Please help! Thanks.

Typically mint tolerance is considered to be 15 degrees so both of those would be considered to be normal.
