*A note to the mods. This may not be the ideal forum according to title but CRHer's are my target.
I've asked this question to a couple different audiences but felt my fellow CRHers might be helpful since you've probably done the same thing I'm doing. I am going the easy route and selling a bunch of my 40% coin to a dealer. I've called several but found none better than Provident and SCPM (Southern Coins & PMs). With spot at $9.64 for $1 FV, SPCM is paying $9.24 and Provident is at $9.12. Is there any other place I'm missing that pays more?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Ow, don't forget to factor in shipping costs too. How about APMEX?

those are pretty good deals, you really dont want to bother with ebay (cause of the fees) but yea I've delt with APMEX before and they are pretty top notch, another risky idea is of course craigslist - but yea hard to trust a site like that (no fees involved of course )

Have you tried any of your local coin shops? Especially ones you may already have a relationship with?

Thanks for the replies everyone, and thank you jbuck. Tried APMEX but they were significantly lower. BTW, if you're talking to them via 'chat' and tell them you have a hearing impairment, they will give you a quote via chat. If not, they will make you call :) I actually like the idea of checking locally. I assumed that no one local would match the online dealers but maybe that's something they would do. I've never really looked on CCF to see what they sell for. I just don't like how it all works, especially if you are the new guy to selling. OO

Btw, I'm glad I decided to check in here instead of locking in a price. I would have missed today's bump.

I've had good luck with my local coin dealer. The shipping is nil, so that's money in my pocket, and if I buy something from his shop he always knocks the price down quite a bit because I'm cashing in silver. He's happy because he's making profit 2 ways and I'm happy because I paid next to nothing for the silver so I'm getting my coins for incredibly cheap. It works out all around.
