Slightly off center it is.If the reverse is centered then it's a "Mad" Misaligned die.Normally no added value unless the devices or affected

Aye, MAD not fake. The bullion issue ASEs (as opposed to the Proof or burnished-uncirculated issues) have MADs now and then.

I got a 1971 D Lincoln Cent today. Must be fake because the rim of it looks just like your ASE  Weight seems right. Looks legit to me. Just a bad strike

Machines even make mistakes like Sky net or in this case a an off center stamp, nothing more, .999 silver....
I learned a new term, MAD eh....

Machines make mistakes. However the wieght is an issue. 2 tenths of a gram is outside mint tolerance for weight...could still be real at least its silver n not to much invested...hopefully its real and if thats the case its one of a kind...have to remeber anything the mint uses.. the couterfits have the same capabilities..this is why authentication is important
