Have a question about the State Quarter blanks. Freind of mine got a roll of State Quarters from the bank the other day. In about the middle of the roll was a blank one. I believe he said it was a ND roll. Is there any real value on these blanks.

some people collect blank planchets but I have no idea how valuable they are but maybe some of the error collectors on the board can help you a little better
