Is this a dbl die? I am trying learn how to spot them. I have a few of these 1964's that look like this.

The type of doubling that is present on this coin is Mechanical Doubling ,, it is a type of Strike Doubling that carries no added value .

Check out this site it will help you ,,in learning how to see and recognise the more valuable types of doubling as well as how to recognise the types that do not add value to your coins.
