This error is also on the reverse, I have a whole coin and close up pictures for the error specialist to help correctly identify what is called.

My guess is that it was struck on a faulty planchet, as the eagle and stars and rays design isn't deform in any way, but the field behind it is obstructed. The right side of the eagle is normal like all other reverses. I don't think is grease filled, because otherwise the struck would be flat and not strong. All opinions appreciated.

Nothing unusual on the obv.
Maybe they did a quick polish on the Rev. die
and did not get in the cracks and crevices very well in the center
area fields.
