$125 max. They're not common, but they're available. I'm calling it 62 for bidding purposes. $150 is OK if you call it 63, but I dunno.

Would PCGS or NGC give this a details grade with a scratch like that on Liberty's face?

I think I would characterize that as just a heavy bag mark rather than a scratch. Many Morgan dollars fresh out of a mint bag can look like they have been in a knife fight. The MS 60 to MS 62 grades cover those coins.

61-62 PL, possibly DMPL but I could never tell from those photos.
