This is a nice commercial AU coin (I'd estimate the EAC grade around VF-30). The roughness on the neck is not porosity or damage, but simply the way the coin was struck. It has absolutely no bearing on the grade.

$130 is a little strong for this coin. It's more of a $100 coin. The CoinValues prices of $150 are simply too high for these coins, particularly 1853, which is by far the most commonly available date in the series.
