I cannot call it overgraded, I believe it to be a 65 from °what I can see°.
It's a nice coin and yes, the biz strike is valued higher.

I see a lot of replies back...now I,m confused if I should buy it or now. I have to tomorrow night to decide.
I'm not a grader, so I can't tell this coin from a MS64 or a MS65

Looks like a nice 65 to me with a recut date. Great coin and not an easy one to find.
