Had a really hard time capturing the luster on this coin....It does have that cartwheel luster....as much as a tiny Half Dime can have anyway....I believe it to be MS....what do you think?

The pictures look a bit 'grainy' to me, but perhaps that is just due the the lustre that you have tied to capture.

Have a look at any coin with strong lustre in strong sunlight, and all of those microscopic colour spectrum points in the lustre just seem to jump out at you.

This coin certainly looks like an MS something or other to me; perhaps 62 or 3.

the strike is strong
i think I even see a bit of a die crack or something along those lines running between the "H" and "D"

my only concern is the area to the left of Liberty's left arm ( our left, not her's). If that is a clash mark then I would say MS65. If it is chatter then ms60

Yep, looks like a clashed die to me; both sides of Libert's head are the indications of the the ribbon bow from the reverse, IMO.
