My Britannia's arrived yesterday and are they beautiful! So, I decided to do a little research in them (2000 & 2003) only to discover that the 2000 are considered UNCIRCULATED and NOT the Reverse Proof (satin fields & reflective devices). How can this be an uncirculated when it (IMO) is a proof finish? Here are the numbers (from one website since they vary somewhat from others);

Perhaps they could be called "reverse-proof-like?"

Yes, I've read elsewhere that is indeed Brit version of UNC. Perhaps in discussion re: the "friends of liberty" set with a 2002 Brit and 2003 ASE packaged together.

The camera can never capture the true beauty of a reverse proof image. A real nice set you have there, one amazing collection various years and designs....

the earlier ones did have a Reverse proof look to them even though they didn't call it that. If you look at these pictures of mine you will see the difference between the early ones and the later ones

I have always liked the looks of the earlier pieces to the later ones. I believe 2000 is the latest they used this RP look on the Britannia as this is a 2001 and as you see above the 2000 had the RP look to it
