Just curious, I know what spot is but I don't know what to expect when selling 90%.
I have 96 silver dimes listed for sale here on CCF. looks like metal value is $239.73, I have them listed for $234 and free shipping. Is this a decent sale price or do I need to lower the price?I just want to sell these bad boys, so any words of wisdom would help.

To be quite honest I would cancel the listing and hang onto them Unless you are of the opinion that silver is going to crash by all means sell em at a discount If you realy need the cash put them up on ebay and you will get at least melt for them

Hahaha, I would hang on to them but I told my wife I would sell them. I bought a lot of coins and was able to keep a bunch and I can sell these silver dimes to get back what I spent. I don't need the cash right now but I just wanted the money in the bank account. But looks like silver is rising, maybe I should see what happens. I'll leave the listing up for a few days though.
And I was going to say, you are up late, but you are in Australia.

I think that's a good price, but I am not in the market for silver dimes so my opinion isn't worth much.

Looks like you are up early, It's nearly 16.30 here Seriously tho If hadn't already blown my coin budget I would snap these up in a heartbeat. I have a bunch of these and they feel really nice in hand when you have a double handful of 90% chunky little silver coins I am of the opinion that the 90% and Stirling coins are the best way to stash up on silver because they have a "Known" silver content and the common coins are very rarely counterfeited At the moment $240 USD will only cost me $229.44 AUD

Well Scott is up late, he's in the US. It's 1:40 in San Diego. I'm just putting off taking a shower so I can't go to bed. lol. Procrastination to the max.
Anyways, thanks for the opinions guys. I'll leave the listing up while I think about what I want to do, whether that be keep or sell.

I would pay $224. However I fully understand if you want to hold and hope to attain more money for them.
Thanks.

Thanks for the offer hot, but you have to have a certain number of posts to buy from this site.
What do you do for work Scott, if you don't mind me asking?

I am a computer operator at a national glasses/contacts retail company's corporate office. I run backups, print/distribute some reports, and basically just here to make sure everything runs as it should.

I guess one of the perks of the job is you can be on CCF and still get paid ;) Sounds like a good job.

ask me about that next Saturday. I have worked my 40 hrs, taking a day off, then might be working Sunday night - Friday night. The other night person has jury duty next week, so I have to work in his place unless he is released from serving. BTW - we work 12 hour shifts basically, so if I work all those days, that would be six 12 hour days

Man, I would have snapped those up right now. Unfortunately, I don't have 100 posts, so I can't buy yet. Oh well, I guess at the rate I'm going, I'll be able to buy something, sometime next year, maybe. Good thing I got CL and ebay. And I hate when I find a great deal on CL, and it ends up being somewhere that's an hour+ away. Almost tempting but the gas kinda defeats the purpose of a good deal. Bad thing about this addiction, makes you crazy. :P

Oh man, good luck with that Scott. I'm in college and work at a restaurant, so my shifts are from 3-5 hours. 5 hours being the long shifts. lol. but 12 hours is too much!
And "Daily Average: 0.1", yeah you need to step it up Eupion! 1 post every 10 days will take you another year to get 100 posts!
Okay bed time now, I just took a shower. It's almost 3 in the morning and I have nothing to show for it.

Yeah, at the rate I'm at, I'd be lucky to make it by 2013. At least you know, who's ghosting most of the time. I like reading a lot of things here, but I rarely post. Since I feel I don't know much and usually busy learning by reading old threads and figured why bump an old post with a lame comment that wouldn't help anyone. Well, I'm not really really hurting to buy on this site, since there's so many others. But once again, things like this make me wanna pull some hair outta my head since it's right there, but just outta my reach. LOL.
And oh snaps! 3:30am? I hate when you read stuff that's interesting, then boom! It's 3am. This site rules, but it's going to be the death of me. Good night, time to pass out for a few hours.
