I recently got a 1976 Bicentenial Mint Set in which the Philadelphia mint coins have an extra dime in the same section of the packaging w/ the Lincoln Cent. Is this a common occurrence and what does it do for the value of the set?

I've seen a couple of these sell on ebay. Usually they don't bring much over a normal set, maybe a couple of dollars.
