Please forgive my ignorance('') but do these 2 proof 1970S 1/2's classify as cameo ?

Hard to say from the photos. Cameo coins are going to show high contrast between the field and legend. From these photos it doesn't look like much contrast to me but it could be from the angle and lighting. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I can see it more clearly.

From those photos, I do not see a cameo. However, the cameo appearance was not common until the mid to late 1970's. That being said, still a very nice coin.
