Here are images of a 1964-D Doubled Die Obverse coin. There are many listed on the Coneca pages but I'm having a hard time attributing this one. As the photos show, it shows significant doubling. Any help appreciated.

Nice DDO!

Look for die markers for the CONECA 003, 006 or CONECA 008.

Your coin looks like it could possibly be one of these.

Sorry I can't pin it down for you based on your pics.

I used my 2012 CherryPickers Guide, 5th Edition, Vol II. pg 303 & 305 as ref.

DDO-003 Is coupled with an RPM, doesn't appear to be that 1 from those pics
As noted your gonna have to check the die markers but from my info and the pics I narrowed it down to , well appears there is a chance it could be DDO-6 , but I feel more strongly on DDO-008 or DDO009

doesn't appear to be an RPM, so if the DD0-003 is coupled with it that's out.

Also, I re checked the 003- it's a triple image on WE TRUST- I don't see it on this coin.

I'm leaning to the DDO-008

I'd check to see if there is any doubling of portions of the hair below the R in LIBERTY.

Post same on PCGS boards and one of the members posted images of the die polish line of DDO-010 and I think it's the same coin. Have a couple more to study as well but may only look for more dramatic examples. Thanks for the help.

010 has an RDV001 reverse, looks like a flared G RDV002 reverse to me so I'd rule that one out

Possibly a new die pairing then. Certainly not a DDR coin but it is not a flared G... the image appears that way but it is a bit a lint on the G to make it look flared. I took a closer look and it's not flared. These are really tough to attribute.

In that case I see ddo002, 010, 012 as RDV001 so you could check those :)

Nothing to rule out, coin pictured is the DDR-010.
