Some sellers on ebay are getting a bit greedy asking 1000 dollars for one roll. He states the non magnetic are rarer than the magnetic ones. Item no 271032195787.

That would be mental for them to sell it at that amount. A non magnetic might be worth $0.00002 more than a magnetic one if it is even at all worth more.

How did he sell the first four at $2.50 and this one at $1000? Why did he state it proof-like?

Wow, it is unfortunate one has sold; I hope some poor soul did not pay $1,000.00 for two 2011 non-mag pennies.

I'd question the sagacity of anyone who would buy at the price!

Neither.Just an adjective the seller uses as freely as the word "rare".
