I looks like it got hit with a hammer but it is odd that the impact only distorted that one spot. I hope you get some more (and better) opinions. Report this Post to the Staff

Broken-Coin Pillar of the Community United States 1812 Posts	Posted 09/27/2012 12:04 am A Straight Clip would not leave a raised edge under the letters "ED STATE" in United States, and I believe blunt force to the edge is the final result, and therefore I would say it's PMD...
