First coin, copper plating issue.

Second coin Post Mint Damage ( PMD) someone hit it with some sand paper.

paptony, if you had the coin inhand, you would be able to see all the scratches are through the punch marks everywhere and through everything. if anything, it was done pre mint... ill try to get some other pics that show what I mean.

The scratches are through the rim as well as through the plating...definitely post mint damage.

yes, it looks like sandpaper was added after being punched, but the scratches look like they were there b4 the punch...you can follow the lines on the face and see what I'm seeing....especially with the coin inhand, it looks alot diff than the pics...
I hope someone sees what I see...
