the actual trend is :

I was at the auction, it was an online bidder (which also could mean a mail bidder, given how icollector works) that won this coin.

" Three months and half later, we can see a new situation : in december, six coins of the variety Far 2 were sold on ebay and in january, one coin was sold and three others Far 2 are now to sold, on ebay. I think that the " Lower Canada Auction ", at the end of last summer was the first step in this move ( three Far 2 were sold ). -- I start again this topic because I see also here some very interesting commentaries, particularly the one of nickelsguy, 09/30//2012 8:03 pm : his comments seem always been with us. |

The coin that started this thread is the same coin that sold December 22 on ebay for $473.00 The seller cmg1000 did incredibly well after acquiring this coin from the original listing and re selling it. |
